Returns
We do not accept returns for items unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Customer changes their mind after receiving the product
- Customer orders the wrong size, color, or item
- Personal preference (e.g. doesn't like the product)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at contact@lumeaone.com within 5 days of delivery
and include the following:
- Order number
- A clear photo or video of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will work with our supplier to either send you a replacement or issue a full refund,
depending on the nature of the issue.
Non-Delivery
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the order date. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
